The photographs that Mike and Mary Kay took of our wedding are some of our favorites. Mike has an eye for detail that is hard to match. He seemed to capture all of the little details that I had spent so much time working on during the months before our wedding, and for that, I am very grateful. He was able to capture such intimate moments of our families that we will cherish for many years to come.While working to shoot a wedding, Mike and Mary Kay slip into this rhythm of present and invisible all at the same time. They get you placed where you need to be for lighting and aesthetic purposes, but do such a superb job of letting the intimate moments happen organically, you almost forget that they are there. I would absolutely recommend them for any photography need, but especially weddings. Mike and Mary Kay also shot my sister’s wedding in St. Simons Island, Georgia and the pictures that came from that weekend are immeasurable in their beauty. Granted, we were blessed with beautiful weather, but even still, they were able to capture perfect lighting in full sun in the middle of the day, which is not an easy task. Her photographs and album, which was designed by the Sotos as well, are truly treasures to our family.

Photos by Soto photographed our wedding on June 19, 2010 and we could not have been more pleased.
